When I took over the coordination of Introduction to Fish Health, it was taught entirely as a theoretical topic with large weighting on the final exam based on lecture material (80%). The students found this exam very challenging and were not satisfied with the lack of relevant hands-on experience. The remaining assessment was based on an essay, for which the students received no guidance beyond a list of essay topics.
